When heating up the m*lk, try to keep below 55°C- 60°C to stop any nasty separation. Plant-based m*lks naturally split at a lower temperature than dairy.

Make a single or double shot of espresso.
Add two teaspoons of drinking chocolate or cocoa powder and mix with the espresso.
Foam ¼ cup Plenish Barista Organic Almond m*lk and add to the chocolate espresso.
Dust some cocoa powder before serving.
Ta da! Your delicious plant-based mocha latte is now ready to drink.
ICED LATTE
A perfect addition to a sunny day.
Make a single or double shot of espresso.
Froth ¼ cup Plenish Barista Organic Almond m*lk using the steamer or alternatively by shaking it in a covered jar or whisking until frothy.
Start pouring as soon as you’ve finished steaming – moving swiftly will avoid separation from happening in the m*lk jug, ensuring a silky and delicious coffee.
Pour the espresso over ice. Add the m*lk and serve.
Ta da! Your delicious plant-based iced latte is now ready to drink.
