We deliver six days a week (no delivery on Sundays), at checkout you can select your delivery date, next day is available for orders placed before 11am.

Why do you use plastic?
We try to limit our use of plastic wherever possible. But when we do have to use it, like in our shots & juice range, our bottles are made from 100% recycled PET (excluding caps and labels). Our secondary packaging (like the boxes our products are delivered in) is paper-based and all our cleanses come with a reusable glass straw.
Where does your produce come from?
We work with our supply chain partners to carefully select the freshest produce from mainly British and European farms. We’ll be publishing more information on the provenance and sustainability of our ingredients very soon.
Are your products organic?
All our m*lks and juices are made from organic, 100% naturally-sourced ingredients. This means that the produce we use is grown free from pesticides and, that along with our suppliers, we are regularly audited by the Soil Association.
Why is organic better?
Organic is better because it means produce is grown without the use of harmful pesticides, which are bad for the soil, the farmers and you, when you drink them.
Barista M*lks
Why is it called Barista m*lk?
Acidic coffee can sometimes cause the ingredients within plant-based m*lk to curdle. Heating speeds up this process. Barista milk has been created to use in coffee so it doesn’t separate and creates a silky micro-foam on the top of your coffee. Our Barista range uses 100% natural ingredients, unlike other brands that use added oils, additives and gums in their formula. We’re actually the UK’s only Barista range free from added oils and additives
Why do other Barista m*lks contain oils and additives?
Gives the milk a thicker, creamier texture so it froths. With extensive research and testing, we’ve proved that plant-based milks don’t need these nasty ingredients to make a silky micro-foam. (Micro-foam is Barista talk for the froth on the top of the coffee).
Why is it bad to have added oils and additives in m*lk?
Oils and gums in the milk can alter the flavour, and too much in your diet can cause bloating.
How have you created a product that is creamy but doesn’t have added oils and additives?
Through years of extensive research and testing. The properties needed to make barista m*lks are inherent to these natural
ingredients. Therefore we fine-tuned amounts/ratios, instead of using refined ingredients.
Why is only your Oat Barista gluten free?
Our whole range is actually gluten free, it’s just that we’re only allowed to call it 'gluten-free’ when people expect it to have
gluten in it, i.e. oats.
Is your Barista m*lk low in sugar?
Our Almond and Soya Barista milk are low in sugar. 1.3g per 100ml (Almond) and 1.5g (Soya). Our Oat milk contains fewer grams of sugar than our competitors, but we can’t claim it’s ‘low in sugar’.
M*lks
Are your M*lks suitable for kids?
Definitely! Our M*lks are great for kids as unlike the majority of dairy-free brands on the market, they are organic and made using only a handful of natural ingredients with absolutely no additives, sweeteners or stabilisers like oils, gums or lecithin. That said, they obviously shouldn’t be used to replace breastmilk or formula for babies as these are rich in a variety of nutrients that young children need and aren’t found in our M*lks.

All our m*lks and juices are made from organic, 100% naturally-sourced ingredients. This means that the produce we use is grown free from pesticides and, that along with our suppliers, we are regularly audited by the Soil Association.
How are your M*lks made? How can you milk a nut?
The exact process varies slightly depending on the nut but the basics are the same for all of our M*lks. We work with small, sustainable farmers to carefully source and select the highest quality organic nuts and oats. These are soaked in water and blended to create a nut paste or pressed to create an oat paste, which is then blended with water and a pinch of salt to create our final M*lk. No added stabilisers, emulsifiers, oils or sugars. Just three simple ingredients: nuts or oats, water and a pinch of salt. In our Coconut M*lk, we blend in a small amount of organic rice to stop the coconut milk and water separating, giving it a rich and creamy texture without the need for additional gums or oils.
Why are you more expensive than some other brands on the market?
We make our products in a way that’s good for you and good for the planet. That means sourcing organic nuts from sustainable farms. It means using 3 times as many nuts as the average brand (some of whom only use 1% almond in their almond drinks!) and no stabilisers (like gellan or locust bean gum) or emulsifiers (like sunflower oil or lecithin). Clearly organic nuts are more expensive than non-organic ones but they’re much better for you and the planet read more here. Using more nuts to give a rich and delicious texture is more expensive than using artificial flavourings, stabilisers or emulsifiers. We believe it’s worth paying more for a product that’s made with everything you need and nothing you don’t – hopefully you do too!
Are your M*lks gluten-free?
All of our M*lks are made without gluten-containing ingredients, however only our classic Oat M*lk is certified gluten-free, not our Enriched Oat+ M*lk.
Why do you add salt to your M*lks?
Although a controversial ingredient, consuming unrefined, mineral-rich salt varieties like sea salt rather than heavily processed salt actually alkalises the body, providing essential electrolytes to prevent dehydration as well as supporting digestive health and optimal nutrient absorption. What’s more – much like in cooking – a pinch of salt brings out the natural flavours of the nuts and oats.
Why is there sediment at the bottom of my M*lk carton?
When storing our M*lks, you may notice a residue or sediment at the bottom. Don’t worry – it’s just the blended nuts or oats that can sometimes settle at the bottom! Simply give the carton a good shake so it mixes with the rest of the M*lk before using.
Why do the M*lks sometimes separate? How can I avoid this happening in my tea/coffee?
Since our M*lks don’t contain any stabilizers or gums, they can sometimes split when added to very hot drinks. Don’t worry, this is a completely natural process and doesn’t affect the quality of the cuppa – it can just look a bit different! To stop this happening, try keeping the M*lk chilled
before adding into hot drinks and allow hot drinks to cool slightly before adding the M*lk. Pro tip: if you’re aiming for the perfect cup of coffee, avoid using dark roasted coffee with our M*lks as its high acidity encourages splitting.
What is UHT? How are your M*lks able to be stored ambient when unopened?
UHT stands for Ultra High Temperature. It’s way of eliminating any bacteria that is present in all fresh food. This means our
M*lks last longer without going bad, even when stored at room temperature. However, once opened it is best to refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
How do I best use your M*lks?
All our M*lks can be used just like you’d use regular milk – in coffee and tea, over cereal, in smoothies and shakes, or used in cooking and baking. Our Almond M*lk is a great all-rounder. A splash is all you need take your cereal, cuppa or smoothie to the next level! Oat and cashew make a kick-ass coffee, while hazelnut in hot chocolate and coconut in smoothies work like a charm!
