See our full terms of sale here.

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery is free when you spend £35 otherwise it's £6.95.

We deliver six days a week (no delivery on Sundays), at checkout you can select your delivery date, next day is available for orders placed before 11am.

See more on our delivery page here.

Why do you use plastic?

We try to limit our use of plastic wherever possible. But when we do have to use it, like in our shots & juice range, our bottles are made from 100% recycled PET (excluding caps and labels). Our secondary packaging (like the boxes our products are delivered in) is paper-based and all our cleanses come with a reusable glass straw.

Where does your produce come from?

We work with our supply chain partners to carefully select the freshest produce from mainly British and European farms. We’ll be publishing more information on the provenance and sustainability of our ingredients very soon.

Are your products organic?

All our m*lks and juices are made from organic, 100% naturally-sourced ingredients. This means that the produce we use is grown free from pesticides and, that along with our suppliers, we are regularly audited by the Soil Association.

Why is organic better?

Organic is better because it means produce is grown without the use of harmful pesticides, which are bad for the soil, the farmers and you, when you drink them.

Before your cleanse

What's the differences between your cleanses?

We offer cleanse programmes with different levels and goals to suit varying juice cleansing experience and end goals in mind, from losing weight and boosting energy to resetting digestion and improving sleep.

How many days should I cleanse for?

This is a very personal decision. If you have never cleansed before, you may want to start with a 3 day cleanse and work your way up. That being said, if you already live a nearly raw, vegan lifestyle or have cleansed before, 5 days is 60% more cleansing time and you will release many more toxins.

I haven’t received my cleanse manual?

You can find all cleanse manuals here.

How do I prepare before cleansing?

Before doing our juice cleanse, we advise reducing your consumption of caffeinated beverages, alcohol, excess salt, and refined, processed food. Instead, load up on lots of natural, plant-based foods to kick-start your body into cleansing. This will ease your transition into the detox process!

Will I feel hungry, sick or light-headed?

With 6 500ml juices a day most people find they’re rarely hungry on a cleanse because they’re consuming 6kg of organic goodness every day. That said, it can take a bit of adjustment, especially if your body is used to a diet that’s high in caffeine, alcohol, sugar or processed foods. The most important thing to remember is you are not alone! Each cleanse comes with a booklet that helps ensure you have the best experience possible and provides tips on how to minimise any side-effects. We’re here for as much or as little guidance as you need – you can call or email us at any stage and we’ll support you every step of the way.

How much weight will I lose? Will I gain it back?

Remember, this is a nutritional cleanse designed to give your digestive system a rest and therefore allows your body to focus on eliminating toxins. Many people do lose weight, but you should consider it a bonus side effect. If you’re already slim and eating well you may not lose much weight. Others who are (even slightly) overweight and are transitioning from a highly-processed, low-nutrient diet may lose a pound a day. Hopefully, your cleanse will make you think about what you put in your mouth daily. If you begin your cleanse with the mind-set that this is your ‘reset’ button and maintain a plant and wholefood based alkaline diet, you will keep the weight off and maintain your cleansing glow!

Can I exercise while cleansing?

In general, its best to avoid intensive exercise like HIIT (high interval training), running and resistance training on a Plenish juice cleanse. Instead focus on lighter activities such as gentle yoga or a brisk walk. There’s no need to exercise heavily as even without exercise, your body will be eliminating toxins and as a potential side effect, dropping extra
pounds!

Can I drink coffee on a Plenish cleanse?

If you’re a regular coffee drinker, we strongly advise gradually weaning yourself off caffeine in the lead up to your cleanse as this will help to reduce the intensity of any detox symptoms. In return, this gives you the chance to feel the amazing benefits of your cleanse both faster and for longer!

Can I drink alcohol on a Plenish cleanse?

Although wine comes from grapes, we’d strongly recommend avoiding all alcohol on a Plenish cleanse. Alcohol is a toxin and since the aim of our juice cleanse is to detoxify and maximise absorption of plant-based vitamins and minerals, choosing to drink alcohol during your cleanse will simply minimise its wonderful benefits such as more energy, better digestive health and improved sleep. Do yourself a favour and save it for post-cleanse!

Are there alternatives if I am allergic to any ingredients?

Yes, we are happy to cater to allergies. Contact our Client Services team on 020 7603 8002 or at info@plenishdrinks.com to talk about the best option for you.

Can I cleanse if I am lactose or gluten intolerant or vegan?

YES! There are absolutely NO animal or dairy products in our juice and they are 100% gluten-free and 100% vegan.

Can I cleanse while taking antibiotics or other medication?

If you’re on medication, you should check with your doctor before beginning any juice cleanse.

Is cleansing suitable for the elderly, pregnant or while breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or elderly, cleansing is NOT suitable, but drinking a juice to add to your current healthy eating plan is a great idea. We use a process called HPP (High Pressure Processing) which uses pressure instead of heat to stop micro-flora growth (present in all fresh food), making our juices safe, whilst remaining completely preservative/additive free and full of natural nutrients.

Isn't it true that our bodies are capable of cleansing naturally? If so, why should I do a juice cleanse?

If you’re concerned that embarking on a juice cleanse is just a fad, consider that humans have been cleansing since ancient times! Respected wellness centres like The Hippocrates Health Institute and Ann Wigmore, as well as countless others build entire healing curriculums around the power of juice. The answer is yes, your body is smart; it sleeps when you’re tired, tells you when you’re thirsty, and heals when you’re sick. Nature heals and repairs the body. We just allow your body to do what it does … but better. Cleansing is a way to give your digestive system a break (even your colon needs a weekend!) and allow it to release the toxins that have been building up in order to heal. Historically, cleansing was used as a way to bring balance back into people’s lives. So, while cleansing has become increasingly popular in the last few years, it is certainly not a fad.

Isn't a juice cleanse an extreme form of dieting?

We believe that we could all do with consuming more plant-based nutrients and with everyone leading busy lives we’ve found that juices are an easy and delicious way to get them. While we all strive for a consistently healthy eating approach, many of us go through periods where our habits are less healthy than we’d like. A juice cleanse (drinking vegetable and fruit-based juices for a few days) is a great way to reset your digestive system and kick-start a healthier and more mindful approach to food. It’s not designed as a long-term plan but as a short and intensive one. You can read more about the benefits of cleansing here.

During your cleanse

Does it matter what order I drink the juices?

Yes! We always start you out with a green juice on a morning empty stomach. Your system will be able to assimilate the nutrients without interruption. That being said, if you need to improvise (i.e. you need to drink half of your Berry Cacao in the morning, or you took the wrong bottles to work) go easy on yourself! You are still consuming all of the incredible nutrients.

You can find all cleanse manuals here.

Can I have sparkling water during my cleanse?

Sparkling water contributes gas, and when you’re on a program that naturally de-bloats you, you may not feel all of the wonderful things you should be, so it’s not ideal. But, if it’s sparkling water or a burger, opt for the bubbles!

Can I drink coffee, black tea, alcohol, wine and beer while cleansing?

We highly advise avoiding all of these acid-forming drinks. You’ll find yourself getting much better results from the cleanse if you stick to water. After a few days on a Plenish cleanse you may think differently about those beverages.

What are the benefits of green juices vs. shop bought fruit juices?

Our green juices are made from mostly vegetables and are therefore high in nutrients and low in sugar whereas shop bought fruit juices can have a shocking amount of sugar. What’s more, all our ingredients are organic, cold-pressed and preserved using pressure not heat – all of which mean you get all the natural goodness in the bottle.

How should I store my juice?

Take the juices out of the box and put them in your fridge. If you can, turn your fridge down to 5˚ to keep all of the goodness in.

My Plenish cleanse arrived and the ice packs are melted. Is that ok?

Yes. It’s only meant to stay frozen during transit.

After your cleanse

How often should I do a cleanse?

In an ideal world, we recommend doing a cleanse at the start of each season as it’s a great way to remind yourself to check in with your health. In addition to the quarterly cleanse, the massive health changes come when you can keep up your healthy eating and exercise habits all year long and supplement with cold-pressed juices every day – your immune system will be soaring.

What should I eat when I’m done with my cleanse?

Think of it as coming gently out of your cleanse; chewable versions of what’s in your juice is a great place to start! We recommend lots of greens and a little bit of fresh fruit. Check out our pre & post-cleanse ideas in our recipe section in the blog.

Juices

Are your juices organic?

All our cold-pressed juices are made from 100% organic produce. Our supply chain partners are certified organic by the Soil
Association.

Why has my juice separated?

Because it’s natural! Don’t have separation anxiety – just give it a shake. Most store bought drinks don’t separate because they have stabilisers added in. We prefer to shake our juice rather than drink chemicals.

Are your juices suitable for kids?

For sure! Our juices are high in vegetables and low in fruit so they offer a delicious and healthy alternative to sugary, processed juices. What’s more, they contain a host of essential vitamins and minerals. You can find out what’s in each of our juices on the product page.

What is HPP?

It stands for High Pressure Processing and means we place our juices in a tank of water and apply extremely high levels of pressure to remove potentially harmful bacteria, therefore extending shelf life without the use of preservatives. HPP is awesome for preserving the key vitamins, minerals and enzymes found in our juices that would be destroyed via the usual Ultra
High Temperature (UHT) process.

Barista M*lks

Why is it called Barista m*lk?

Acidic coffee can sometimes cause the ingredients within plant-based m*lk to curdle. Heating speeds up this process. Barista milk has been created to use in coffee so it doesn’t separate and creates a silky micro-foam on the top of your coffee. Our Barista range uses 100% natural ingredients, unlike other brands that use added oils, additives and gums in their formula. We’re actually the UK’s only Barista range free from added oils and additives

Why do other Barista m*lks contain oils and additives?

Gives the milk a thicker, creamier texture so it froths. With extensive research and testing, we’ve proved that plant-based milks don’t need these nasty ingredients to make a silky micro-foam. (Micro-foam is Barista talk for the froth on the top of the coffee).

Why is it bad to have added oils and additives in m*lk?

Oils and gums in the milk can alter the flavour, and too much in your diet can cause bloating.

How have you created a product that is creamy but doesn’t have added oils and additives?

Through years of extensive research and testing. The properties needed to make barista m*lks are inherent to these natural
ingredients. Therefore we fine-tuned amounts/ratios, instead of using refined ingredients.

Why is only your Oat Barista gluten free?

Our whole range is actually gluten free, it’s just that we’re only allowed to call it 'gluten-free’ when people expect it to have
gluten in it, i.e. oats.

Is your Barista m*lk low in sugar?

Our Almond and Soya Barista milk are low in sugar. 1.3g per 100ml (Almond) and 1.5g (Soya). Our Oat milk contains fewer grams of sugar than our competitors, but we can’t claim it’s ‘low in sugar’.

M*lks

Are your M*lks suitable for kids?

Definitely! Our M*lks are great for kids as unlike the majority of dairy-free brands on the market, they are organic and made using only a handful of natural ingredients with absolutely no additives, sweeteners or stabilisers like oils, gums or lecithin. That said, they obviously shouldn’t be used to replace breastmilk or formula for babies as these are rich in a variety of nutrients that young children need and aren’t found in our M*lks.

Are your m*lks organic?

All our m*lks and juices are made from organic, 100% naturally-sourced ingredients. This means that the produce we use is grown free from pesticides and, that along with our suppliers, we are regularly audited by the Soil Association.

How are your M*lks made? How can you milk a nut?

The exact process varies slightly depending on the nut but the basics are the same for all of our M*lks. We work with small, sustainable farmers to carefully source and select the highest quality organic nuts and oats. These are soaked in water and blended to create a nut paste or pressed to create an oat paste, which is then blended with water and a pinch of salt to create our final M*lk. No added stabilisers, emulsifiers, oils or sugars. Just three simple ingredients: nuts or oats, water and a pinch of salt. In our Coconut M*lk, we blend in a small amount of organic rice to stop the coconut milk and water separating, giving it a rich and creamy texture without the need for additional gums or oils.

Why are you more expensive than some other brands on the market?

We make our products in a way that’s good for you and good for the planet. That means sourcing organic nuts from sustainable farms. It means using 3 times as many nuts as the average brand (some of whom only use 1% almond in their almond drinks!) and no stabilisers (like gellan or locust bean gum) or emulsifiers (like sunflower oil or lecithin). Clearly organic nuts are more expensive than non-organic ones but they’re much better for you and the planet read more here. Using more nuts to give a rich and delicious texture is more expensive than using artificial flavourings, stabilisers or emulsifiers. We believe it’s worth paying more for a product that’s made with everything you need and nothing you don’t – hopefully you do too!

Are your M*lks gluten-free?

All of our M*lks are made without gluten-containing ingredients, however only our classic Oat M*lk is certified gluten-free, not our Enriched Oat+ M*lk.

Why do you add salt to your M*lks?

Although a controversial ingredient, consuming unrefined, mineral-rich salt varieties like sea salt rather than heavily processed salt actually alkalises the body, providing essential electrolytes to prevent dehydration as well as supporting digestive health and optimal nutrient absorption. What’s more – much like in cooking – a pinch of salt brings out the natural flavours of the nuts and oats.

Why is there sediment at the bottom of my M*lk carton?

When storing our M*lks, you may notice a residue or sediment at the bottom. Don’t worry – it’s just the blended nuts or oats that can sometimes settle at the bottom! Simply give the carton a good shake so it mixes with the rest of the M*lk before using.

Why do the M*lks sometimes separate? How can I avoid this happening in my tea/coffee?

Since our M*lks don’t contain any stabilizers or gums, they can sometimes split when added to very hot drinks. Don’t worry, this is a completely natural process and doesn’t affect the quality of the cuppa – it can just look a bit different! To stop this happening, try keeping the M*lk chilled
before adding into hot drinks and allow hot drinks to cool slightly before adding the M*lk. Pro tip: if you’re aiming for the perfect cup of coffee, avoid using dark roasted coffee with our M*lks as its high acidity encourages splitting.

What is UHT? How are your M*lks able to be stored ambient when unopened?

UHT stands for Ultra High Temperature. It’s way of eliminating any bacteria that is present in all fresh food. This means our
M*lks last longer without going bad, even when stored at room temperature. However, once opened it is best to refrigerate and consume within 5 days.

How do I best use your M*lks?

All our M*lks can be used just like you’d use regular milk – in coffee and tea, over cereal, in smoothies and shakes, or used in cooking and baking. Our Almond M*lk is a great all-rounder. A splash is all you need take your cereal, cuppa or smoothie to the next level! Oat and cashew make a kick-ass coffee, while hazelnut in hot chocolate and coconut in smoothies work like a charm!
