Golden Milk is made from a few key ingredients that you are likely to have on hand. It’s made from plant milk and spices and is just perfect for when you need to create your own sunshine. Why is Golden Milk Good for You?

How to make Golden Milk

Here are two of our go-to Golden milk recipes:

Golden milk spice tea blend ingredients:

2 tbsp turmeric

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp black pepper

Sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Store this spice mix in a sealed jar; warm up a glass of Plenish cashew milk before bed, add a teaspoon of the spice mix, and enjoy.

Golden Milk – Turmeric and Ginger Latte

Serves 1

Turmeric and Ginger Latte Ingredients

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/6 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup Plenish cashew milk

A drop of vanilla to taste

Lightly toast the spices in a dry pan for a couple of minutes or until the fragrance starts to spread. Take it off the heat and slowly add the milk. Froth to desired texture using an electric milk frother, then pour into a cup and enjoy.
